- Shift roster: plan each person's shift or day off for the week, copy last week, and count overtime per shift.
- HR letters: salary certificate, experience letter, employment letter and NOC, approved in one click, on your letterhead.
- Salary advances and loans, repaid from payslips automatically.
- Clock in without internet: saved on the phone, sent when it's back online.
- Location and photo at clock-in, if your company turns them on, with an optional office radius.
- Bikram Sambat dates in every Excel export, and payslips with the net pay in words in English and Nepali.
- Compliance Center: SSF and TDS deadlines now show the amount to deposit.
- Custom roles: give someone the admin tools for just leave and attendance, for example, without salaries.
- Your own workspace address like yourcompany.workforceos.info, and a join link new staff can use (an admin approves each person).
