Logo, stamp and signature
- Open Clients & invoices, then Invoice settings.
- Under Logo, stamp and signature, choose a picture for each (PNG, JPG or WebP) and click Save pictures.
The logo goes at the top of every invoice and quotation; the stamp and signature go above "Authorised signature" at the bottom. A PNG with a see-through background looks best, but a phone photo of the stamp or signature on white paper works too.
Download an invoice as PDF
Open any invoice or quotation and click Download PDF (or Open PDF to look at it first). The PDF has your logo, the client's details, every line, VAT, the total in English and Nepali words, how to pay, and your stamp and signature.
Paper invoices
If you also write invoices on a paper invoice pad, keep them in the same place:
- On Clients & invoices, click Upload paper invoice.
- Pick the client, type the number printed on the paper, the date, the amount before VAT and the VAT.
- Add a photo or scan of it. A PDF stays as it is; a PNG, JPG or other picture is turned into a PDF for you.
Paper invoices count in Who owes what, take payments with TDS like any other invoice, and appear in the sales register for your accountant, marked as paper.
